Personal data unreservedly supplied through completion of the form will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
a) the provision of the requested services;
b) to carry out marketing activities (such as, for example but not exclusively, the distribution of promotional and advertising material, the analysis of the data of registered users, which will enable Cantine Riondo to improve the services and products on offer), if the required permission has been given.
c) to forward the newsletter with updated news, recipes, menus etc. if the user has given the required permission.
The data will be processed using instruments that are secure and protected by adequate data protection methods.
The data will not be forwarded to third parties unless strictly necessary for the provision of the service requested. Under no circumstances will the data be released. Personal data may be visualized by the personnel responsible for the forwarding of the newsletter. The data, in anonymous form, may be used for internal market research within the company.
Those persons registering can exercise their rights according to art. 7 of the Privacy Code by forwarding a request to ispritz@cantineriondo.com. In particular, the cancellation of one's personal data from the database stored for the sending of the newsletter or the cancellation of the newsletter itself may be requested at any time.
